6 oz rich sweet shortcrust pastry
4 oz unsalted butter
8 tablespoons golden syrup
2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons double cream (or single cream if you prefer)
finely grated zest of 2 lemons

2oz Caster Sugar
1 Egg
approx 6 tbsp Milk

1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup suet
1 cup milk
1 cup golden syrup
1 cup raisins
